went through the drive thru and the lady was SOOO NICE! Excellent customer service and the sweetest voice ever. Thank you for making my morning!
And to all of the people who complain about the parking...
STOP IT...It is what it is...park and get a coffee or go through the drive through...stop being so mean! If you don't like the parking situation...DON'T PARK...walk in, take a seat and enjoy the amazing customer service.

Service is decent. Sort of slow at times but they do it with a smile. Smiles go a long way :)
I'm docking this location 2 stars due to the drive thru situation. Cars come in from 2 opposite ends and when it's busy and people are "coffee-hangry" it can get hectic. Some people won't let you merge in, most times there's a long line coming from the opposite end and then that one random car comes in from the other end trying to cut in line. I'm not sure if this location has heard or are even aware of this feedback but hopefully this comment helps.
Please try and facilitate an efficient drive thru structure. It will make a difference -

This is by far one of the busiest Starbucks around. Here's the magic to this place: Go through the drive through. No matter how long the drive through line looks, I 100% guarantee you it will move faster than inside. My drive through experience would probably be a 4 or a 5 (it's not their fault the parking lot layout isn't conducive to traffic flow into the drive through); however, my experience inside drives me absolutely bonkers.
There is a gentleman at this location, taller guy (might be an area manager, I swear I've seen him at other locations) whose wonderful, but, otherwise, my experience with most employees (not all, but majority) at this location is they don't really acknowledge you or they look completely agitated or bored with their job. They all are working quickly, don't get me wrong, but if you go inside don't expect to be out in less than 15 minutes if there's no line and 20 minutes or more if there's anyone in front of you in line. Mobile orders and drive through orders get prioritized above walk in orders and there are buckets of them so even with no line you're waiting. I do wish they'd give a bit of a heads up when there's a wait like that (should be ready in 10 mins or so or something like that) to better set expectations, but instead your drink will come in about 10 minutes and your food, if you ordered anything else, warmed or not, another 5-10 minutes after that. The past 2 times my hot sandwiches had cold spots in them. Not sure if that's due to cutting the cooking time short because of the demand, the machines going down, or double cooking items (I've been to locations where that's an issue before), but another heater would go a long way to help this location keep up with the rush. -

I had placed a mobile order with whipped cream as a customization option, but I wanted the sweet foam instead. Last time I ordered a drink like this through the app, I was able to call them and have it made right. This time I was already in the store, so I just asked them to substitute it. They IGNORED ME and made my drink wrong. They've been very good in the past but I'm very disappointed this time.

Shiny new Starbucks on the corner of Clayton and Treat. I found myself driving by as I was between morning meetings and happily took advantage of their drive-thru.
They have a screen so you can actually see the friendly employee taking your order... neat! There were a few cars in front of me, although things moved quickly and I ordered and got my drink within a few minutes.
